Sheyenne Duncan, Administrator

As Administrator, Sheyenne has played an instrumental role in various aspects of our organization. She has previously contributed her expertise to human resources and financial management, and now, assumes the responsibility of overseeing all operations of the facility. In addition to her administrative duties, Sheyenne ensures the proper maintenance and upkeep of the facility. With great dedication, she facilitates necessary repairs and spearheads new projects to improve the overall functionality and aesthetics of the premises. Her attention to detail and commitment to creating a safe and welcoming environment are evident in her diligent efforts.

Sher Stringer, Executive Director

With an impressive track record spanning over 28 years, Sher holds a Master of Public Administration/Criminal Justice from Lindenwood University, showcasing her commitment to understanding and navigating the complexities of the field. Additionally, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Psychology from Central Methodist University.

Alexiss Ragsdale, Financial Officer

Alexiss is alumna of Mineral Area College with a robust professional background spanning over 7 years. She brings a wealth of practical experience and expertise to her role. With her multifaceted skillset, she is well-equipped to tackle challenges, think creatively, and deliver exceptional results.

Lana Blackwell, Billing Specialist

As a highly skilled Billing Specialist, Lana brings a comprehensive range of qualifications and certifications to Rocky Creek Youth Ranch. Lana’s qualifications include CPC (Certified Professional Coder), ICD-10 Certification, Ethical Leadership Certification, Health Data Analytics Certification, Corporate Compliance Officer Certification, and is also a Notary Public.

Kyle Currington, Billing Specialist

With a Bachelor of Health Sciences Degree in Healthcare Administration from Central Methodist University, Kyle brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as Billing Specialist. In addition to his responsibilities in billing and intake, Kyle takes charge as the moderator of our dynamic social media presence, ensuring effective communication and engagement with our audience. Beyond billing and social media management, he also actively supports our CARF Accreditation efforts, ensuring that our program and services meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.

Carli Thomas, Case Manager

Carli holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Missouri – Columbia, where she cultivated a strong educational foundation. Her academic achievements include a major in Psychology and a minor in Human Development and Family Sciences. Additionally, Carli has earned a Multicultural Certificate, highlighting her commitment to embracing diversity and fostering inclusivity in her work.

Abigail Gray, Case Manager

Abigail holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Central Methodist University and is currently pursing her Master's in School Counseling. Her dedication to supporting youth at Rocky Creek Youth Ranch is driven by her passion for helping young people navigate challenges and reach their full potential.

Stacie Davis, Case Manager

Stacie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Methodist University, where she focused on Psychology as her major and Sociology as her minor. In addition to her academic achievements, Stacie is a Certified Reciprocal Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CRADC). With her specialized knowledge and compassionate approach, Stacie is equipped to provide invaluable support to those in need.

Mark Meschede, LPC, Therapist

Mark graduated in 2014 from Missouri Baptist University with a Master’s in Counseling. His academic achievements include graduating Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science. Mark also holds a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional certification. He served as Program Director for an Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program within a hospital setting, providing comprehensive care and support to young individuals in need. Additionally, Mark worked as a therapist in a residential Adolescent C-Star Substance Abuse Program. His practice is informed by his understanding of attachment trauma and Reactive Attachment Disorder (RAD), ensuring a trauma-informed approach in his therapeutic work. Mark possesses a broad range of experience, having worked with individuals across the entire lifespan, from the age of 4 to the geriatric stage of life. His expertise extends to Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Furthermore, he has provided counseling services to high-level professionals, including other therapists, showcasing his ability to address the unique needs and challenges faced by individuals in the helping professions.

Stacey Gillette, LCSW/CCTP, Therapist

Graduating Magna Cum Laude from Saint Louis University, Stacey holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work, and her commitment to academic excellence is further demonstrated by her Cum Laude achievement in her Bachelor of Science in Social Work. In addition to her academic accomplishments, Stacey possesses specialized knowledge in Equine Facilitated Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). This unique therapeutic approach combines the power of equine-assisted activities with the principles of DBT, providing a transformative experience for individuals in need.

Cassidy Kile, Human Resources

Cassidy joins our team at Rocky Creek Youth Ranch equipped with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Missouri - St. Louis. With a passion for fostering positive environments, Cassidy serves as our Human Resources expert, dedicated to supporting both our staff and the youth we serve.
