Meet Our Team

  As Administrator and Owner, Sheyenne has played an instrumental role in various aspects of our organization. She has previously contributed her expertise to human resources and financial management, and now, assumes the responsibility of overseeing all operations of the facility. In addition to her administrative duties, Sheyenne ensures the proper maintenance and upkeep of the facility. With great dedication, she facilitates necessary repairs and spearheads new projects to improve the overall functionality and aesthetics of the premises. Her attention to detail and commitment to creating a safe and welcoming environment are evident in her diligent efforts. 

With a Bachelor of Health Sciences Degree in Healthcare Administration from Central Methodist University, Kyle brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as Billing Specialist. In addition to his responsibilities in billing and intake, Kyle takes charge as the moderator of our dynamic social media presence, ensuring effective communication and engagement with our audience. Beyond billing and social media management, he also actively supports our CARF Accreditation efforts, ensuring that our program and services meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. 

Mark graduated in 2014 from Missouri Baptist University with a Master’s in Counseling. His academic achievements include graduating Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science. Mark also holds a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional certification. He served as Program Director for an Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program within a hospital setting, providing comprehensive care and support to young individuals in need. Additionally, Mark worked as a therapist in a residential Adolescent C-Star Substance Abuse Program. His practice is informed by his understanding of attachment trauma and Reactive Attachment Disorder (RAD), ensuring a trauma-informed approach in his therapeutic work. Mark possesses a broad range of experience, having worked with individuals across the entire lifespan, from the age of 4 to the geriatric stage of life. His expertise extends to Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Furthermore, he has provided counseling services to high-level professionals, including other therapists, showcasing his ability to address the unique needs and challenges faced by individuals in the helping professions. 

  Graduating Magna Cum Laude from Saint Louis University, Stacey holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work, and her commitment to academic excellence is further demonstrated by her Cum Laude achievement in her Bachelor of Science in Social Work. In addition to her academic accomplishments, Stacey possesses specialized knowledge in Equine Facilitated Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). This unique therapeutic approach combines the power of equine-assisted activities with the principles of DBT, providing a transformative experience for individuals in need. 

  Bailey brings with her a degree from Mineral Area College and a wealth of experience gained during her time away from our area. After several years away, she has returned, ready to make a positive impact in her role as Human Resources. Her passion for fostering a positive work environment, coupled with her dedication to supporting the needs of our team, make her an invaluable addition to our organization. 

 Noah, armed with a Business Degree from Mineral Area College, plays a vital and multifaceted role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations. In addition to his involvement in billing, procurement, and intake, he is an invaluable resource in providing assistance across various areas within our facility. From facility management to logistics, Noah readily lends his expertise and support, making him an indispensable member of our team.
