Established in 2015, Rocky Creek Youth Ranch has a rich history that traces back to its origins as a church camp in the 1970s and 80s. Initially serving as a cherished gathering place, the property later transitioned into a family farm under the ownership of the Blaire family. However, it was the camp's nurturing environment and the heartfelt desire to support at-risk youth that ignited the vision behind the present-day ranch.
At Rocky Creek Youth Ranch, our vision revolves around providing comprehensive support and monitored guidance to youth on their path to rehabilitation. We are committed to offering trauma-informed resources and compassionate care, encompassing essential elements such as education, individual, and group counseling. We firmly believe that every young individual deserves the opportunity to thrive in life, facilitated by mentors who empower them to navigate past traumatic experiences and unlock their full potential. Our aim is to inspire them to dream with their eyes wide open.
On April 1st, 2015, the remarkable vision of founders Steve Sutton, an entrepreneur with a passion for making a difference, and his brother Cliff Talley, a dedicated business teacher, became a reality. With unwavering dedication, they committed over a year of their lives to bring their project to fruition. It was on this auspicious day that Rocky Creek Youth Ranch emerged as a beacon of hope, compassion, and transformation for youth in need.
With our roots deeply grounded in the past, we continue to grow and evolve, driven by an unwavering commitment to making a lasting impact on the lives of the youth we serve.
